If you enjoyed this website and recipes, perhaps you would consider buying a $2 cappucino or two for Chris.  His favorite is the GranCappucino at the Caffè Sant’Eustachio, located between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in Rome.  Those more generous might consider a bag of coffee beans, for about $10.  Nevertheless, a fine espresso maker would be most welcome.  Donations will go to finishing the last two chapters, and publishing the subsequent feasts on-line.  Look out for the Festa della Fornacalia, coming in February.
